DME Tuning strives, to the fullest extent possible, to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and neither DME Tuning, nor any of its employees or representatives will be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
Modifying a vehicle involves risks and consequences one must be willing to accept. Often, modified vehicles may not meet the legal and safety requirements for use on public roads. Installation and usage of after-market parts and software may adversely impact drivability, reliability, emissions, insurance coverage and factory warranty. Although we warranty our own parts, we can not predict how our parts will interact with other parts installed, nor monitor specific usage, therefore warranty claims are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Although DME Tuning aims to ultimately use only original content to convey its products and services, it often relies on manufacture images believed to have been produced to represent their respective products. However, due to the high number of images on the site, it is possible that copyrighted material might appear on our pages. If any content herein is found to constitute an infringement, please contact us and we’ll ensure immediate removal.
Misapplication, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, neglect, alterations from their original configuration, or failure to follow installation instructions will void our limited warranty. We reserve the right to make changes to products, or specifications at any time without obligation to modify earlier parts.
No person, company, or other organization is authorized to assume for DME Tuning any warranty responsibility or make binding judgments regarding warranties of any parts, which from time to time may become subject of a warranty claim.
